How we work

Let me take you through a normal day at work and tell you how we like to accomplish our daily goals with some fun mingling in from time to time. For one, we strongly believe that employees are our fixed assets and we cherish them. The work culture at the organisation is so beautifully focussed on encouraging individual potential and appreciating not just the end result but also the individual's effort that goes into doing a good job that working hard comes to us naturally!
When you are given your due and acknowledged for all you give to the company, there's very little room - if at all - for unhealthy competition or jealousy. Everyone here gets along just fine!

All of us love our jobs and we take it seriously. No, we dont encourage workoholism and neither would we call ourselves workoholics but it just turns out that each oneof us has taken our jobs personally at some point or the other. We enjoy working and in spite of how much we complain when meeting strict deadlines (yes, we are human, we do complain!) we enjoy the process of working hard because we know what awaits us in the end - a job well done and we value quality and know how to appreciate it!
Alternately, there are days when the pressure of deadlines and heaps of work evades us. These are the times when we take a few extra breaks, surf the net to find out how each of us can add value to our jobs and what new activities can be introduced in the company to help increase the internal satisfaction quotient and happiness alike!
Each individual is respected for his capability, work is appropriately allocated and every employee is free to carve his profile to increase productivity and add value. It's all about having fun while you work!

Work Environment

Our headquarters are best described as a plush office in an integrated IT park in Pune, India. The infrastructure is not only work-friendly but also extremely employee friendly. We believe in keeping our employees happy and every effort is made to boost the 'feel-good-factor' amongst them.

As a company we actively encourage “training and exchange” programmes, wherein employees from different branch offices are periodically sent to work at other international offices, such that they obtain a first hand working knowledge of the environment there. Whenever possible, we try to organize regular break-out sessions with a cross section of our international employees so that they learn how to interact with a wide spectrum of people.

As a result of these practices, in addition to intensive and frequent onsite client collaboration, there is a continuous assimilation of cultural knowledge that takes place.
As a part of our Business Development team, we periodically employ foreign nationals to work with us for a minimum 6-month term. In the past, we have had Germans, Finnish Nationals, Danish Interns, Swedish Students, etc. working with us at our headquarters.

This exercise brings in a healthy cross-cultural mix of work ethics and improves the work culture as a whole. An exchange of thoughts and ideas is encouraged and due emphasis is laid on an individual's personal development because we believe that it's only through independent thought and creative thinking that an employee can contribute to his professional life and in turn, his employer.

Global Offices

Lets start with our presence across the globe. Tooltech has a prominent position in several countries in Europe with operations all over. The offices are inviting, self sufficient and full of friendly people. Work rarely (if at all) gets monotonous and boring. The work culture is very healthy with colleagues doubling up as friends who you can have a cuppa coffee and conversations with.
